@ Ubunoir : Did you heard about this tiny polish webzine ? Here the english version "about" from the website :

it's a home of such guitar bands as Plum, Woody Alien and Ed Wood
and others like my favorite KOT, Napszyklat (hip-hop) and Etamski (abstract hip-hop)

Ah great ! I didn't knew PINKPUNK, is it a label ? Etamski looks like the kind of sound I like, very heavy and curious textures !

Wait a minute .... AHHH I'm just looking about KOT! Yeah ! I saw them ! They was in the fine art school of Poznan, I went in a workshop in a little village near poznan, and they was playing one night, and I remember their show with "magnetophone" used like instruments with tape loops, and this bold hair man in the middle very impressive ! Kind of hip hop expérimental. Very dark and intensive music ... but the thing is, I don't know what they was saying ... I don't speak polish. A friend told me it was very good poetry, some references about a great polish poet ? .. I'm not sure...

OK so now I know ! Thank you Ubu !

Also this "bomb-guitare" on the photo remind me a teacher making is ouwn strange instruments, I played on one "percution-bass" in this work shop, may be it's linked also ...

    GREAT SOUVENIRS !

yes, Bąkowski's (the bald man) texts are very original and twisted, but also very polish specific. it would be hard to translate them faithfully.
he's also a member of Niwea duo (with Dawid Szczęsny), he makes non-camera animations and is involved in numerous other contemporary art projects.
